Inspired by the work of James Abbot McNeill Whistler, as well as fellow Monterey resident Charles Rollo Peters, I wanted to capture the quiet mood and stillness from this particular vantage point. The notes of light reflected channel their musical equivalents, performing a subtle arrangement against the peaceful backdrop of the evening.
